Implementation is not just a build. For each area it runs three things together: Process Intelligence, the foundation the agentic framework runs on, the intake and mapping that tailors the solution to your problems, workflows, and needs, codified into Skills built for your program, and the module build itself, migrating off aging systems, standing up Microsoft 365 cleanly, closing security gaps, and putting backup with provable recovery in place. Fixed Price for a defined build, or Retainer when the work is continuous.
Managed Operations
Day-to-day IT run for you, billed monthly: help desk, onboarding, and patching, with optimization, insights, monitoring, support, maintenance, hosting, and security, reviewed on a monthly cycle. It scales as you add modules and bundles.
